PRINCIPAL
Betsy Rigby, Principal of BTR Fundraising Partners, has over 30 years of experience in non-profit fundraising. She worked for more than 15 years in a consultative capacity in Boston’s then largest healthcare system, building the first fundraising talent management program in the area and stepping in as interim chief development officer at affiliates during leadership transitions. For the past three years, she worked for a national fundraising consulting firm, serving as counsel to local and national organizations, conducting development studies and assessments, creating fundraising plans and developing and delivering trainings to staff, leadership and Boards. Her consulting practice builds on her experience working directly with donors in front-line fundraising roles in higher education, health care, and social services.
